When to Expect Your Order

Most orders are delivered within 5–7 business days.
Please note that all products ship directly from our vendor partners, and shipping times may vary depending on the vendor and product availability.

Shipping Costs

Free shipping is available on select items from participating vendors.
Eligible items and vendors offering free shipping are clearly marked on their Product Detail Pages (PDPs).
Standard shipping rates will apply to items not eligible for free shipping.

Please note that some vendors may have different shipping fees or policies, which will be indicated during checkout or on the product page.

Return Policy

We want you to love shopping at e-lulu.com. If any product purchased from our website doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of purchase along with the original packing slip.

  • Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. 
    E-lulu does not provide return labels or reimburse return shipping costs.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

  • Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

After 30 days, please refer to the manufacturer’s warranty for any service or product issues.

Vendor-Specific Returns

Some products may ship and be returned directly through the vendor. In these cases, customers must follow the vendor’s specific return and shipping policies.
Please note: White Glove Delivery and specialized shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Personalized or monogrammed items

  • Opened personal care products (e.g., pillows, sock-wear, certain fitness or massage items)

  • Any product that makes direct and continuous contact with the skin

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable

Unopened and sealed personal care items may be accepted for return, unless otherwise noted.
